Blade Idle: Options Guide – Which Options Should You Roll For?

What Are Options in Blade Idle?

Options are additional stats that you can apply to various items in the game, such as weapons, accessories, and pets. To roll for extra options, you need enough rolling dice.

When rolling for options, it is recommended that you only roll when you have unlocked as many option slots as possible so you waste fewer magic dice.

While changing all your slots when unlocked, the cost of changing your options is at its lowest. This is the best time to try and roll for God-Tier options while it is cheap.

Cost of Rolling Options

As you roll for the options that you want, you can choose to lock that option so that it does not change when you roll for more options. The negative to this is that it will cost even more dice to roll for more stats. The amount it costs to roll for your options is:

(Base roll cost x Options you have locked) = Total option cost

Therefore if the base roll cost is 300 dice and you lock 2 slots, each roll will then cost 900 dice.

How Options Differ between Gear

Each item will have different stat weights available to roll on, from Magic (grey) grade to God (red) grade.

As you can see in the images, the hero skin and pets roll for different stats, and each stat can roll for an additional amount.

Therefore there is an optimized selection of stats for each pet, skin, and accessory.

These are the recommended stats you should roll for each piece of equipment:

Weapon – Super Crit Damage / Option ATK

Gloves – Super Crit Damage / PEN

Armor – Super Crit Damage

Helmet – Crit Damage / Option ATK

Hero Skin – Option ATK% / PEN / ACU

Ego – Option ATK% / Super Crit Damage

Beast Pet – ACU / PEN

Undead Pet – Option ATK%

Animal Pet – Option ATK% / Super Crit Damage

Accessories – Option ATK% / PEN / ACU

Monster Figure – Option ATK% / Super Crit Damage

Master Figure – PEN / ACU
