Chung-Ah is a very powerful hero in King God Castle. She is fantastic for farming chapters with her large AOE attacks and self-healing with her skill. One of the best heroes for a new player to pick up.
Requirements
You need to level her to LV8 to unlock her spell drain ability, which allows her to almost heal herself by casting Horizontal Dragon Edge.
Alters
Hero 10 – Blacksmith 15
Due to Chung Ah’s health drain, there’s no need to worry about her survivability; thus Blacksmith 15 ensures you get the best possible rolls from forges. Hero 10 allows you to tier and level her up quickly.
Recommended Relics
Insignia of Imperial Elite (Corruption 5, 7, 9)
This relic maximizes Chung-Ah dmg if you go for a solo Chung-Ah build.
Rapid Sword of Binding (Corruption 7)
Due to Chung-Ah’s skill charge, she needs a fast attack speed to cast more Horizontal Dragon Edge that is x4 dmg and for spell drain. Rapid Sword of Binding can increase her attack speed without using any items if more Chung-Ahs are on the field.
Iron Helm of Strength / Scroll of Teleportation (Arena Relic)
Unlike Jol, Chung-Ah does not benefit from any CC (Crowd Control) immunity when attacking. Thus, she is easily stunned by CC effects. These 2 relics allow her not to worry about CC while attacking.
These Relics shine in Chapter 7 and Chapter 9, in which enemies have Fear and Stun CC effects.
Strategy
The strategy is quite straightforward. During round 1, you’ll be trying to summon Chung Ah and the rest of the rounds is to get Chung as high tier as possible. This strategy is very easy if you use Hero Locked heroes that cannot be summoned during round 1 if there are less than 3 units on the field.
Mostly, all mobs will be killed when Chung-Ah casts her Horizontal Dragon Edge, while those that are not dead, due to her Spell drain in LV 8, she will usually have enough health to deal with what’s left behind.
Item Recommendations
The Bow is the top priority for Chung Ah. Bows allow her to cast more Horizontal Dragon Edge. The next priority is Staff, which increases her spell power to deal more damage with every special attack.
