In this guide, I will explain how to increase your stamina in My Time at Sandrock. Stamina is an essential resource for gathering materials that you will need to be able to build everything you desire. I will also explain how to recover your stamina when necessary.
When you start a game of My Time at Sandrock, you will have only 300 stamina points. Thankfully, there are three different ways to increase the amount of stamina you have.
1. Level Up Your Character
Like in most games, this one is very straightforward; simply level up. Every time you create an item and gather some resources, you will get experience, and you will level up when you get enough experience. The amount of stamina and health you receive will be small, but you will feel a significant difference after many levels.
2. Decorate Your House
Another way to increase your stamina is to place furniture in your house. if you build or buy specific pieces of furniture, they are going to give you stat upgrades such as defense, attack, health, or stamina.
3. Knowledge Skill Tree
The knowledge skill trees are the third way to increase your stamina pool. In the gathering tab, there are four different stamina nodes. One node, ‘Stamina Knowledge,’ increases your stamina points by up to 10% across 2 levels. As you level up, this will significantly boost your overall stamina.
In addition, in the Workshop tab, you can select the ‘Yard Knowledge’ node, which will increase stat bonuses from furniture by 10%.
4. How to Recover Your Stamina
Once your stamina has been depleted, you have 2 options: sleep or eat food.
Firstly, the best way to recover all your stamina is by going to bed. The next day you will have a completely new filled stamina bar. There is some extra information to be aware of here. If you sleep before midnight, you will wake up with some extra buffs! Your character will have a 10% increase in experience gain, and their luck will be increased by 20 for the rest of the day giving them more opportunities to get lucky drops.
If you want to grab something to eat, there’s a restaurant called the Blue Moon Saloon. You can sit at the counter and order some food, which will recover your stamina. Alternatively, you can buy food at shops or make it yourself at a cooking station.
